There are medals for all finishers and t-shirts can be added to your child's registration for $10. The course is 1.2 miles long. Race Day Instructions:
Event announcements begin at 11:30 am. Please have your child on Civic Center Drive ready to line up in their specific grade by 11:35 am. Please stay with your child until their grade level is called to run.

The first run (6th-8th graders) will begin at 11:45. We will work our way down through the grades ending with Kindergarten.

Your child will receive a bib (race number) which should be pinned to their shirt. On the bottom of their bib is a ticket to claim your child at the end of the race. Take off the tear away ticket before they run and hold onto it so you can be matched with your child at the color coded security gates in the finish area. For security, all children will remain in the finish area until an adult with the matching ticket claims them.

The only adults allowed to cross the finish line are those running with Kindergartners. Other adults are welcome to run the course with their child, but they need to pull off before entering the finish chute.

We are hoping for nice weather, but we will still run in the rain! If there is lightening in the area we will postpone the event until the lightening passes.

Let’s have a great race!
